Important Reminders
HOA dues will increase Oct 1, 2022 to $470 a month. If you are interested in paying the full year in advance for a discount, please contact Association staff members for details.
Please be sure to include your unit building letter and unit number on HOA checks to avoid processing delays.
Site membership is only open to owners of the Original Dillon Valley Condominiums and its staff members. To maintain site security and prevent spam, please submit a request to join with your full name and preferred email. Any requests submitted without a full name to verify ownership status will be denied.
WHAT’S HAPPENING
ROOF and SIDING REPLACEMENT
The C Building's roof and siding upgrade is now complete. Thank you for your patience and cooperation!
The D building is scheduled for upgrades in summer of 2024.
PARKING LOT CLEARING
On Friday, February, 17th all vehicles must be moved from the parking lot so the management team can clear ice and snow build-up. The upper parking lot will be cleared from 11am-1pm, the lower parking lot will be cleared from 1pm-3pm.
